Welcome to our website! We have developed this as a means of realtime communication to our community. The site explains the challenges we face in maintaining the church in our village. You can read about the history of our church on the relevant pages but the blog will be focusing on what we are doing to raise much needed funds to enable the preservation of our church for the next generations.
Our communication plan to explain what we need to do and how we will go about raising the funds is as follows:
Sunday 3rd May (10:00) - presentation to the Church congregation during Coffees after the service
Tuesday 19th May (19:00) - presentation to attendees of the Parish Council Annual Meeting at the Village Hall
Late May - details published within the Local News Magazine
Late May - a maildrop to every house in the communities of Broad Hinton and Ufcott with details of the fundraising initiative (mainly for those who don't use or don't have access to this website
June onwards - regular updates on this site and via the Local News Magazine
June onwards - fund raising initiatives
